PBL is back! And this time I entered c: Be nice Dx I've never made a skin using a palette before, usually I just randomly select colours I like xDD

We were given this palette and my thought process was laik - omg green - omg that green guy from Sesame Street - and voila I made Oscar The Grouch xD I hope it's decent? x3
