Technique - 7/10. That definitely looks like a Ninetails to me! The tail looks a bit weird, but that's understandable because you were on a deadline and it's hard to fit the tail into a skin.
Quality - 8/10. Wonderful! That shading looks impeccable! Keep up the good work! :D
Functionality - 9/10. You probably know the jist of why a point is taken off. 1.8+ skin, it's only a nitpick, yadda yadda yadda. I'll be sure to fix this judging category in the Johto contest due to the repetition of why you lost a point. :T
