ey so I finally made a persona! :D
took me long enough lol
I'll talk about the skin itself but first..
one year ago, today, (At the time of posting)
I joined PMC!
dam does time fly,
feels like I've barely been on here for three months!
but yeah amazing to see how far I've come
and thanks to those who supported me along the way!
in my head a had a lot more to say but anyway
(I'll probably edit it in later if i do)

im gonna have a hard time making this into a non-HD skin
And talking about the skin,
This design is actually far from what I originally had in mind,
I'm still really happy with it and love it a lot,
but this is more of the cat(s) on my profile in human version,
Which I'm using as a persona.
Now for shading,
First, I've made myself new HD hair shading which I think is pretty decent
if it looks too much like anyone else's I'll do what I can to change it.
Second,
If you've noticed, the shirt shading is very different from anything I've done before,
I wanted to try something a bit different and I think it turned out well,
though I will most likely change it up a bit.
I'll probably do some skirt, trouser etc shading kind of like it.
But I couldn't experiment on the skirt here since it has a pattern.
also the collar has the same pattern too.
I've changed up the eyes,
but I'll probably switch them back,
I couldn't do much shading with the socks because of detail,
but I'm actually quite proud of them in general.
I'm particularly fond of the fish one,
tho the cat matching the skin is so hekin darn cute
not sure what I'm doing with the shoes but there you go lol
bows! lots of em.
im experimenting with different types of bows
but here I've mostly gone for the same style.
I haven't quite got the cat ears right,
but I'll work on them. :D

How long did it take you btw?
(on the first two days i only worked on the front of the skin)
First I messed around with the shirt shading & type of skirt for a whole day, trying out different hues, colours etc.
On the 2nd day I got onto the pattern of the skirt + adding the shirt collar, along with the basic shapes of the socks, shoes and hair.
Then on the 3rd day I detailed the socks (and detailing part of the skin cause the cat sock matches the actual skin), did a lot of testing with/adding shading for everything else, doing the blank sides & back and testing the placement of the ears + tail, then FINALLY adding/testing bows
Although on each of the days i did spent quite a bit of time playing games with friends and doing chores, So if i didn't do those, It probably would've taken me a day and a half or two days.

And I do have to give credit to the amazing artist mcrjellyfish for making my banner,
which ultimately led me to making the design of this! Along with the rest of my profile.
