I was told to experiment with colors and this happened, and honestly, I think this is pretty rad looking.
Basically Phlurry Drizzle is a vigilante I thought up and (maybe) hopefully kinda wanna possibly be irl... soooooo yeah. No powers. Just beats people with Rebar.
Any advice on my palette would be appreciated :D
