Would be cool if they added some sort of jungle fort with those in it, maybe a free nether portal too and a system that once you've killed them all they won't spawn ever again in that fort, making it yours. That would be in almost endgame difficulty though, the jungle piglins should spawn with overpowered gear and maybe defenses like some kind of hoglin or piglin chief/boss with laser-reflexes so that if you try to cheat your way in you'll be instantly killed, making it very challenging even with endgame gear.
