At first, I was going to abandon this skin after three tweaks to the shading. It took me quite a while that the problem was the color palette for the dark blue thingy. After I fixed it, the skin started too look so much better. I'm so happy for not giving up on the skin and got it to look better than what I expected.

This skin is part of the pokemon skin series where I make all 890 pokemon into minecraft skins! This project will take me multiple years to do, but I still enjoy creating skins for them after a few months has passed and I don't plan on stopping soon!
