Remember that wacky ol' fella that lived in the forest dragged by a sled driven by rabbits in The Hobbit? Not to mention his consumption of shrooms. And the fact that he doesn't wash away the bird sh*t on his face.

Well, because I was forced to by some evil guy, and because I hadn't seen very man skins based on this wizard, I didn't see any reason not to make him.
