Went with a shiny, PVC variation of a raincoat since the many of the raincoats I've seen are a plain color, if shaded, and I like some shine. Real kicker is somebody was charging 50 bits for one on DA.

Left out most facial details, the rest of the head, and zipper, might add a zipper to others in the future.

Will add more shiny skins later.

If it's shiny, I might consider suggestions.

Update:
Took a few minutes to add pockets, a band around the center ending in a bow, and an indentation around where the zipper would be, as a solid grey zip seemed to stick out too much.
