Second in the ring- wait, where'd it go? Has anyone seen the Rascal?

A skin inspired by the new potential mob from the 2022 Minecon Live mob vote- the Rascal!

I try and do a quick challenge every year to make a skin inspired by the 3 mobs in the vote. What do you think? :)

Its sad actually, I like the Rascal but the mob vote is so heavily biased because of the features promoted by the other two...

and this is the first ever time i like one too..
i've always loved all of the mobs in the mob votes but this time they finally had something i liked!
