Riley, as seen in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. Part of a "Pokemon Trainers" skin series.
I liked this guy mainly for one reason: he gives you a Riolu egg after defeating all the team galactic grunts in Iron Island. Lucario was one of my favorite gen 4 Pokemon, so getting the egg as a reward was pretty awesome back when I played the game!
This skin is compatible with the "Animated Player Model" mod, as it will have the space between the knees/elbows textured. I did not add in eyes/mouth because it would look incredibly goofy on this skin.

Yeah, like I mentioned, I liked the fact he gives you a Riolu egg at the end of the cave. Pretty awesome!
