This is my entry for the Skinners Olympics round 2. The prompt for the Jupiter division was 'Victorian Era'. I decided to make a character from the 'street people' rather than the wealthy ones we usually think of when dealing with Victorian Era. (Actually I just avoided making a dress because I'm terrible at it)
