Time to start with the Sailor Moon skins, beginning with Usagi Tsukino herself, of course! Just a few notes; I won't be making Civilian, Super, Eternal, etc. forms of her and the other Sailor Scouts. I will be making the Inner and Outer Sailors, Sailor Chibi Moon, and Tuxedo Mask.
