Technique - 10/10. Well, it sure does look like a Sceptile to me! Though, if I had to point out any nitpicks, it would be that the palette's a little too bright for him, but either than that, I can't think of anything else that's wrong with this Sceptile. It's gorgeous.
Quality - 10/10. This has got to be one of the best shaded skins I've received thus far. It has a very nice attention to detail and almost looks like it could exist in real life. This, my friend, is an incredibly impeccable skin of one of the most awesome grass starters ever concieved!
