"Hail to the King Baby" is Scourge trademark catchphrase in Archies Sonic Comics and fan spin offs with his character, he is from Anti-Mobius otherwise known as Moebius, he is Sonics Evil counterpart from Anti-Mobius. earlier in the comics he was Blue but that was later changed to being emerald green. his Girlfriend is Fiona Fox who is from Mobius.
