Seam, from Deltarune.
"Around here, you learn to find ways to pass the time... or go mad like everyone else." says Seam. Sometime before the events of Deltarune, Seam was the Court Magician of the Dark World, their friend Jevil the Court Jester. However, Jevil encountered a 'strange someone' and procedurally became more insane. Seam had no choice but to seal him away, and they appear to have since left the court permanently.
Since we practically only see the top-half of Seam in Chapter 1, I had to improvise. Thus, as Deltarune is not currently a full game yet, this skin is subject to change. But only if we get more reference images and/or sprites for their appearance.
"And I wonder, if I hadn't been asked to lock him up...Would I have found a little more purpose in my life...?"
