Here's your female Sephiroth, Circ. :P
Same parameters as the last skin I made, but this one was pretty difficult because of the limited options for the female form. I tried to give her boobs, but I don't even know if they look like them. I mixed up the design a bit to give more of a female look, but with such a square body, it doesn't really come across as well as I would like it to. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it. Let me know if there's anything I can do to make it better (as far as making it more feminine). And this was my first female skin, so don't be too harsh with your constructive criticism. Thanks. ;)

I'm actually working on it a bit more, per Circ's request. But thank you. As I told Circ, I hardly ever get the negative feedback I need. :)
I honestly don't care for it anymore. Unless there's a demand for it, ofc.
But I mean no harm, just want to help.
1) Those are really bushy eyebrows for a girl-dont even bother making eyebrows honestly-at least not for a feminine girl
2)Try giving the areas(like the throat) more real shading. It gives it some depth, which would look nicer
Consider the gothic lolita stye with the ribbons, laces and stockings. It seems to fit sephi's style more if he were more feminine and whatnot. I think that'd be good inspiration.
I also want to say, you should try to create more unique qualities between the two, because the face is mainly the only thing changed. Maybe instead of a robe, a skirt? Instead of white hair make it black? and the clothes white? I know that sounds quite different from sephiroth, but it's just some examples . It's things like that give it a creative twist, but can still make you see the similarity.
Hope you think about that blean and hope it can help out.
You wouldn't believe how many times I've asked for it and only gotten compliments. =.=
And also, you seem to be better at shading then I am. I can only do mild texture by hand, so I use the noise tool to do most of my skins. :P
