The skin's shading and colouring are done in great detail, yet I noticed the pants (if they are pants) texture is quite confusing and looks very similar to the braided design of the hair. Overall, I find this skin inspiring and gives off a "down-to-the-evening" vibe. :D

the pants have that texture because they are "fishnets"
if you look them up, they do have that pattern and that is why they look like this.
for some reason they are really popular on minecraft skins, so if you see something like that where the pants should be, it's probably just fishnet leggings/stockings/tights idk
to be honest the braids and fishnets look kind of similar in real life and i guess on skins as well xP
