This is a skin stealer. These strange creatures where once like us but the crave for the fame and eventually they end up going and skinning people for there skin. from afar they may seem like original good skins but look closer and under the mask you will see their true identity. In all seriousness I have seen my fair share of skin stealer and they really are vile heartless creatures
