Just some sort of urban officer, I did not design it to be specific to a nation or role. This is partly so it is very open to interpretation and also to be usable by anyone regardless of what nations or factions they support. If I make more military skins in future I will prob make them specific though.. I like more detail too and do not usually make generic roles. Thanks for the feedback! :-)
