Howl's moving castle is easily my favourite ghibli movie, it's so whimsical and charming and it has christian bale voicing howl which honestly just fits him so well, i love how different the movies are from the books! (it's a trilogy don't bother with the second one but the third one is really good though the first one is obviously the best) Sophie remains an old lady for most of the books and she bickers with howl throughout the book and she also doesn't flip between young and old like she does in the movie though i think that's a fantastic touch to show how she's growing in self confidence and breaking her own curse! I could rant for hours about Howl's' moving castle and if you let me I will lmaooo. also i feel like having a moving castle with the fancy portal doors irl would be REALLY helpful as i am late to everything and so to be able to open my door and be somewhere completely different would be so cool and i'd definitely have one right outside a sweet shop or something LOL!

if you're into reading i highly recommend picking up a copy of howls moving castle if you get the chance, there is also a bbc audio drama which summarises the book pretty well!
