ok so when i made my olympics skin for this round
i couldn't choose between this palette and the one i ended up using
so i made TWO SKINS
um i figured i could just post this separately from the olympics
(so credit to SkindexOlympics for the palette)
i was kind of going for the glow effect but lowkey gave up halfway through
