I won't say it's bad, nor that I hate it, but there are better suits out there.
Andrew Garfield's suit on The amazing Spider-Man 2 is still the best Spider-Man suit in my opinion.

It's not a bad suit, but I never got around the yellow lenses and the TASM 2 suit is way more accurate, it's just a live action suit that came straight from the comics.
