Remember that one storyline when Peter got killed by Green Goblin right after he killed him by crushing him with a an eltric sign well the Sinister Six were all almost dead and Electro died by him being shot by Aunt May then he randomly appeared to be alive when a random kid got Spider Powers with almost same origin going in a Spider-man costume to big for him after he finds out he has Spider powers and beats Electro and S.H.E.I.L.D just comes out of no where giving him a new costume and he became spiderman? No?
