"Hey, Could you remind me what the difference between an Arbiter and an Elite is, Max?"

This is what I look like in Halo 3 (In the Master Chief Collection), I spent about an Hour and a Half trying to recreate it One for One. (Nobody bothered to upload a Mark V armor in Halo 3.) Anyways, this will be apart of my Halo Collection!
