Just some things you should edit.
The hair is on the back of the arms, it looks weird when the actual skin is moving.
Try not to add hair onto arm sections.

Also don't be afraid to add a little noise and shading to the skin. It looks odd that the outfit that you took from the default Steve has shading and detail while the overall skin doesn't.

I suggest reading this tutorial if you're not sure how to shade. c:
