When Otto octavius, the Dr. Octopus, got cancer and is almost dying he decides that he can't dye that way... And for cheat death he wants to take someone's body, and who better than his longtime enemy, Spiderman... And so he does, he captures Spiderman and take his body but something unexpected happened, Otto was bombed by Peter's memories, principally one in particular about great power and responsibility...
Shaken up by Uncle Ben's words, Otto decides to keep Peter's promise and keep being Spiderman but he realises that he can be a better hero, a Superior Spiderman.
