This skin is modeled from the character "Symmetra," from the game "Overwatch." I've never played the game myself, but I really liked the character design for her.
I noticed that PMC lets the hat-layer appear transparent in the preview, and i've taken advantage of this to represent her visor. This doesn't happen in game, sadly, and it'll appear as a solid blue color when you play. I'll upload another version without the visor for those who may want to use it in game :P
Alright, I made some tweaks:
Tweak#1: Fixed a couple neglected pixels, and I've made the transparent visor a little bigger to fully cover her eyes. I really like the way the transparency looks in the PMC previewer, so I'm going to keep it up in the post depsite not being able to use it in game. Which brings me too.....
Tweak#2: *Poof* no transparencies! I've made a version that moves the visor to the actual head layer - You can use this skin in game with no troubles.

Tweak#3 & #4: Symmetra, despite her name, is not symmetrical. Therefore, you need the new 1.8 format in order to use her asymmetrical appearance. But, i know not everyone uses this format, or plays on servers that use the old skin format. So, i've made two other versions of her for the traditional 64x32 pixel crowdl; one with regular arms, and one with her robo/armored arms.

Fixed some pixels, altered the hat layers. Added text and added alternate versions of skin to text.

Looking forward to it
Tracer may popular, but i think she's actually harder to do as a skin. Lots of small details that are all in the same general area and no singularly defining characteristics (like a mechanical arm or skull face and hood, for example). Though I might try her once i can find the time to skin again.
