I personally think that the highlights for the flesh tones and the grays of the dress are a bit too sharp, and I'd avoid the black accessories on the head, as they blend in too much with the low-value/saturation hair.  The shading itself is very nice though; you're really improving! :)

The skin/flesh shading is a little too contrasted. The black accessory on the head is almost unnoticeable with the purple hair. 

Also with the dress, is it supposed to be shaped where the waist seems thin or is it exposing the waist? I don't really get that.

I hope you don't pull a level 1 card on me, I started over and lost my exp points. 

I feel as the whole skin could use more color, but that's just me because I love colors way too much cx
It looks like you were leaning towards a darker more welp, shadow-y feel. The skin is WAAY too much contrasted, and it looks more orange than peach.  The skin's highlights are way too bright also cx
So all in all, I would say to shift your colors brighter and also make the skin less orange.
Plus, the skin is way too bright and doesn't fit in the skin quite well.
Really nice skin though, I like the dress and the overall structure a lot!
