His Fleshy appearance is there because he has no skin because he must see everything and skin makes him blink he will watch your friends with the back of his head.

The skin can be funny because people will not know what you're actually looking at so you could be stealing some diamonds from a chest (not that I would do that) and it would look like your staring at the ceiling! My second Skin!
I am more proud of this one than my banana man because it actually has some texture in te flesh.
