The Mark V's are the Descendant of the powerful Mark IV's Cyber Commandos, morel Loyal, they will do ANYTHING to get the mission done, even if it takes what's left of their "Lives".
All Cyber Commandos have essentially died and beenresurrectedinto Cyber State.
Once the MARK V's rolled out, they easily over-came the Less Loyal Mark IV's, then Rex "Power" Colt, and T.T. "Spider" Brown where left.
Both Mark IV's and V's have been implemented with Colonel Ike Sloan's Memories, techniques and abilities.
Omega Force, being the more "Elite" of these where chosen for the "Blood Dragon Project".
They helped the scientists with finding specimens, until Sloan went Rouge.
Then came Rex and Spider.
