The fastest man alive, Barry Allen, aka The Flash, is a core member of the Justice League. When he was 11, his mom was murdered under circumstances deemed impossible. Due to this, he became a forensic scientist, and devoted his life to searching for the impossible. One night, he was struck by lightning as a result of a particle accelerator accident, and spilled some chemicals on himself in the accident. When he awoke, he found that he had superspeed abilties. He can run fast, fight fast, react fast, and think fast. He can also vibrate the molecules of his body to phase through walls.
