PBL vs. ItsPyro and his skin looks great yikes.

Ok so the palette this week was really bad, the problem was that it included too much contrast - while not having great options. The contrast didn't suit a lot of things and the colours blended a lot. A huge mistake when you have so few colours to work with.

You say the palette is bad, but I don't. It's not the "Enter a beautiful palette and get picked and make a skin with an easy and beautiful palette league". Harder palettes make it more difficult, it was never meant to be an easy thing.

The exact same thing happened last season on the last round. Everyone hated the palette.

Yes, but yet again challenging palette =/= bad palette. We've seen a lot of palettes throughout time that were challenging and hard to skin with, but were they bad palettes with too much contrast? Nope.

But a bad palette does equal a challenging palette. It still might be bad, but it got chosen, and it's still hard to make a skin with.

A bad palette is a bad way to make stuff challenging - in fact a good palette is supposed to be challenging, a bad palette are palettes like these, where it's easy to make a skin, however the colours blend, too much contrast etc. Why do you limit palettes? To make it more challenging, would you ever enter a palette contest that had a bad palette with too much contrast and colours that blended too much? (:
