In a obscure part of the multiverse. There is an Earth where a joker virus destroyed every single place on the planet except for Gotham that were turned into an giant machine. To manage this city, a young Bruce Wayne, with the help of his loyal butler, separated himself into two different entities, one know as Mr. Wax, representing Bruce Wayne. And the other one know only as "The Night" representing batman. A brutal vigilant that have no problem to kill his adversaries and uses gears as boomerangs.
