I guess the bombings really got to Elsa. First contest entry, enjoy, feel free to use this however you'd like. This skin takes a play showing the effects of radiation towards the "Frozen" Princess Elsa. Due to her being winter themed, and due to this involving nuclear things, I have decided to create this.
