Technique - 9/10. For what you can fit onto a player model, this looks pretty close to the Cubone we know and love!
Quality - 6/10. Simplistic, but it's not at a very low quality. At least it looks pretty good! Though, I might suggest some super light noise levels on the fur if you use McSkin3D at all, though it looks fine as it is.
Functionality - 9/10. It's a Steve model, so I can see this working in game just fine! ...Except importing it into any version below 1.8+, but that's a nitpick because most people use 1.8 and onwards nowadays.
