He is TOTALLY the mayor! what else would he be? He looks,,,, official? I dunno,,,, Anyways! I do love this character and I still remember his first appearance; I thought he was just a goof but GEEZ is he terrifying in his own way.

This summer has been really weird for me so sorry for the late skin and all, so much yet so little has happened and it's left me in a spiral. Hopefully I'll get out of my funk soon.
