-SPOILERS FOR DBS MANGA-

This is a skin based off the transformation that occurs to the character Zamasu in the latter half of the DBS Manga. It can be inferred to be light and dark via Goku Black (left) and Zamasu (right) being the same character at different points in a descent to evil. Zamasu started out as a simple assistant to the kais, and ended up stealing the protagonists body and becoming the sole "god" of his own personal world. He kills off the majority of the mortals left in his world, and is later defeated.

TLDR:
Zamasu (right) is the start of his journey, before losing his mind and Goku Black (left) is the end of his journey, after becoming evil.
