I was just kinda messing around with hair at first, and then I decided to do something with it??


Anyways-
I imagine that this lil' dude thingy was maybe caught up in some forgotten fisher's net, and since it's forgotten, no one ever came by, and he ends up dying tangled in the thing or something. And now he's like a zombie kinda dude and wanders around the oceans with no real place to go anymore. I dunno, didn't really think about that.

And I guess the "tail" part (the purple) isn't even really a tail in the first place. I don't really know what this dude is, but he's got giant fins for ears so I stuck the name Merman on him since that was the closest kinda thing I knew of that may look like that, besides Sirens. But I hate Sirens. I'm also no good with trying to make it look dead other than just having no pupils and a slightly odd skin tone, and I didn't wanna muck this up =w=
