I'm surprised this got past rule 3. I really like it and it's really beautiful... I just wanted to point it out after the contest so I don't actually ruin anything.
Rule 3:
This is a contest for player skins only. Please do not submit mob skins, villager skins, or anything but the format expected for the player model.
Note that as of 1.8 skins are allowed to have transparencies on the second layer, skins with transparencies on the first layer will be disqualified.

Last time when I was in a competition they told me the blue stuff by the tail (to blend in) wasn't allowed! I hope it doesn't happen to you because the skin is so cute! But just a heads up if it does tell you to take it down!
