Valoo is a friendly Sky Spirit that resides on Dragon Roost Island,
He's a guardian of The Great Sea and his scales help young Rito grow wings when they come of age,
He also assists Link on his adventure and even burns down Ganondorf's hideout!
He's personally been a favorite of mine so i thought i'd make a skin of him!

Hope others enjoy this skin too! I tried making this one look as close to Wind Waker's art style as I could.
