After making this skin I realized transparency doesn't work for skins in SMP.
If you want to use it in single player, it works perfectly, but you have to follow this method.
Download this file and rename it to "char" (without speech-marks)
Open 'Computer' and type %appdata% into the address bar.
Go to Roaming/.minecraft/bin
Open minecraft.jar with winRAR
Go to the mob folder.
Copy the downloaded file into here, replacing the old one.
Sorry for the complexity but I hope you still enjoy the skin. :P

More detail, makes good use of the body (because we all know you can't make it transparent without the HDskin mod), and doesn't look like it was made in less than 30 seconds.
I did see some that are betta! but its still nice to see Wheatley
