Yuuya Kizami from the horror game Corpse Party: Blood Covered (and Corpse Party: Blood Covered Repeated Fear, as well as its sequels). Took a bit to make. It's too bad the hands don't have separate textures, I would've been able to make the purple shirt thing properly if so.
