Mine are broken on this skin thanks to them being rather old, but to do so, upload the skin file to imgur.com, then click on the "Direct link", or alternatively right click and select "Copy Image Location" or your browsers equivalent, either way you should end up with a link that is something along the lines of "i.imgur.com/RANDOM.png". After that go into the skin uploader of PMC or try and update one of your skins, go to the description input, then select "Input/Edit Image", past the link in the source box and select ok
