NOTICE: Hi! I’m Nifty, and I will be continuing Realm of Idnaya from now on, or at least until Zombica09 decides to return. I have renamed the pack to Age of Eteria. I hope that I am able to make many people as happy as R.O.I. did. I promise, I will do my best and I will bring this pack to the level of its predecessor. Age of Eteria is the incarnation of Realm of Idnaya. I have been left in charge of continuing this pack by Zombica himself. This pack will achieve everything Idnaya could not and it will become greater. I will make sure his wishes are granted.






Furthermore, Age of Eteria is a Medieval-based pack with High-Quality textures. I will also try my best to do many of the OptiFine and McPatcher features such as Animated Textures, Random Textures, Connected Textures, Skymaps, and more advanced features.

Realm of Idnaya’s goals will be transferred over to Age of Eteria. I want the pack to grow exponentially here on Planet Minecraft and probably even on Minecraft Forums. I want Age of Eteria to be a pack many people know, the pack people feel comfortable using for builds, adventures maps, servers, or anything beyond my imagination. The more it grows, the more I am motivated. I will strive for these goals, no matter how long it takes. *Jeez, I sound like the main character of a cheesy shounen anime, haha!”*

As of now, there aren’t many supported mods or plugins. I want to change that but only after the pack’s core is completed. If you have any recommendations, feel free to comment below and I’ll consider if the mod/plugin is worthy (haha) of my support. What you see below are the currently supported Mods/Plugins:

- Run it and leave everything checked, except Better Grass; that's optional.
- Click Patch.
- Close MCPatcher and start the game normally. Ensure that the patched profile (e.g., MCPatcher, not your username)
is selected in the game's launcher. Or click Test Minecraft to run Minecraft without logging in (single-player only)

A. Easy - click to reveal
- Use the official launcher to download and start once Minecraft [Version].
- Start Magic Launcher
- Click "Setup"
- Select Environment "[Version]"
- Click "Add" -> select the OptiFine ZIP file
- Click "OK"
- Login and play

B. Simple - click to reveal
(For OptiFine 1.6.2_C4 and newer.)
- Double-click the downloaded JAR file and the OptiFine installer should start
- Click "Install" and OptiFine will be installed in the official Minecraft launcher with its own profile "OptiFine"
- Start the official launcher and play

C. Complex - click to reveal
([Version] is your current version of MineCraft.)

- Use the official launcher to download and start once Minecraft [Version].
- Go to the minecraft base folder (the official launchers shows it when you click "Edit Profile" as "Game Directory")
- Go in subfolder "Versions"
- Rename the folder "[Version]" to "[Version]_OptiFine"
- Go in the subfolder "[Version]_OptiFine"
- Rename "[Version].jar" to "[Version]_OptiFine.jar"
- Rename "[Version].json" to "[Version]_OptiFine.json"
- Open the file "[Version]_OptiFine.json" with a text editor and replace "id":"[Version]" with "id":"[Version]_OptiFine" and save the file
- Copy the files from the OptiFine ZIP file in "[Version]_OptiFine.jar" as usual and remove the META-INF folder from "[Version]_OptiFine.jar".
- Start the official launcher
- Click "Edit Profile"
- Select "Use version:" -> "release [Version]_OptiFine"
- Click "Save Profile"
- Click "Play" or "Login" to start the game. If only "Play Offline" is available, then log out and log in again to fix it.

i have one question,does it have connected textures? i started playing minecraft again recently after some time and im not sure if connected texture are integrated into the pack or i need to use a mod or something.

Very few. I want to finish the pack so that I can start adding more. You can see them by either using McPatcher and patching your game or by using Optifine on your game. I provided the links in the instructions section of this page.
