[DISCLAIMER]: All custom sounds are ripped from the game, Terraria. The font is also from the game, but the textures I have made myself.

Personally, i think that this texture pack's items really should be based on the ORIGINAL Terraria- As in, Terraria 1.0 through 1.0.6.1. It has a more similar amount of content, as well as having LESS content, which makes it easier to choose what should be based off of what, instead of "Should the diamond sword be adamantite, titanium, the terra blade, or true nights edge/Exaclibur, NNNNGH"
Plus, with minecraft's progression, if those tools worked like they do in Terraria (Outside of damage, as in speed, abilities (Like projectiles) etc.), you'd be so overpowered it'd be silly, am i right? I think we should compare stats, and compare weapons to how well they do X hours into terraria to X hours for the Minecraft equivalent, or compare how they work, more on that with gold sword, yeah? Like, the wooden sword should be the wooden sword, because you make it, not start with it. Stone should be iron, iron should be silver (With renames in the .lang, of course) gold should be the Muramasa (Fitting with the theme of CAN be powerful, but will be replaced easily (Due to muramasa's lack of knockback, but decent speed, matching the golden sword's power but lack of durability (Unless only the pickaxe is the best, and only for mining stone but meh))) and diamond should be something like the Night's Edge, Light's bane, anything that is used in the crafting of the Night's edge.
Phew, i went way overboard with this post. But seeing the other Terraria texture pack die, and then this one is born...
It fills me with DETERMINATION. (LOOOOOOOOL)
well, that's a lot of ideas. but i hope you include some of them into your resource pack! ps: you get a beautiful diamond for a beautiful resource pack! :D
