It just modifies the Elytra texture, including when held-
Item texture and entity texture.

There's no custom image for the texture pack, so it'll just sort of have a cobblestone block as the icon when you go to your resource packs.

They re-organized the entity files in 1.21.4, so there is a second version specifically for that file system and above
