Hey sorry if I'm being rude, wouldn't it be better to make this as a Mod instead of a resource pack? Because I'm using a retextured blocks resourcepack and I don't wanna- y'know....remove that and just have vanilla blocks....

You can use multiple texture packs at the same time. on the right side when you add it, you can move them with arrows to set what will overwrite what. put the paintings at the top
