um, i had to use 7zip to open it, it wont show up using explorer, probably because the first file's name is blank

Actually first files name is "AC3 Texture Pack". Try using WinRAR.

no matter what i open the zip file with the inner file's either not there at all or the name is blank

It works fine for me. I don't know what's wrong, if it's PMC or your computer.
