    This pack make the way you break blocks look better it changes the cracking animation to a bar that slowly fills this is an overlay so just aplly it over the pack you are using and it will work.

    note: you can use a texture pack with this.

    help it dosent let me put the texture pack on im in 1.8.9 i tried dragging it into my resource packs and it dosent work, do you need optifine?

    It should work, it works fine for me you don't need optifine. Try to unzip and rezip
