I downloaded the resourcepack and behavior pack again from the planetminecraft site, from your download link but that didn't fix the problem

I've been enjoying the pack for some time now and have wondered about modifying it a certain way.
Is it possible to change brightness of the glowing blocks? I've searched through their files but couldn't find one with a piece of code that allows to change their brightness and such. It could be also that I'm just not changing those parameters correctly, thus not changing anything in-game. I'm inexperienced in the texturepack/behaviour pack field. I'll understand If there's no such possibility of making such modifications, but If there is one I'd be more than happy to learn how to change those parameters.

Unfortunately, the brightness of the blocks is controlled by a PBR lightmap. In short, each block has 3 textures: Color map (normal texture), MER map -[metalness, emissiveness, roughness], normal/height map.
Essentially, you would have to modify every pbr/mer texture for every block. There is not really a different way to do this on bedrock... cause bedrock.
TLDR:
You cant easily :(
